Wine Description

Capezzana Trebbiano is a wine with a unique flavor, produced using high-quality cultivation techniques and mass selection of grapes. The young vines are located in an east-facing hillside position. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel and barrique/tonneaux tanks, followed by elevation in barriques and tonneaux for 6 months. The wine is then aged in bottle for an additional 6 months. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth and harmonious, with perfect balance and extraordinary persistence.
Food Pairing and Tasting Tips:

Trebbiano di Capezzana is ideal as an aperitif, but it is also suitable with fish dishes, shellfish, risottos and summer salads. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 12-14°C to best appreciate its aromatic notes and freshness.

COLOR: Straw yellow with golden nuances.

AROMA: Almond, wild yellow flowers, vanilla.

TASTE: Intense, harmonious with delicate tannins, it appears in its soft elegance as an ethereal and balanced wine, with a complex and persistent aftertaste.
