Description:Our Vinsanto Grappa is the result of distilling the pomace from our Vinsanto Riserva, which ferments in closed containers. Selected Trebbiano and San Colombano grapes rest on bamboo racks from September to February. We follow ancient traditions that give uniqueness to this very special and inimitable product.
