Capezzana’s Barco Reale di Carmignano DOC Bio: a wine with a strong and decisive character, exalting the peculiarities of the Carmignano terroir, made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo grapes, cultivated with organic principles. A wine with an intense ruby color with violet reflections, an intense aroma of berries and herbaceous and oak notes, a balanced flavor and pleasant freshness, with soft, velvety tannins and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing and Tasting Tips:
Capezzana’s Barco Reale di Carmignano DOC Bio pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, roasts and braised meats, as well as with aged cheeses and fine cured meats. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of about 18°C (64°F), after decanting for at least an hour or in wide goblets that promote proper oxygenation.
